Steven Lomax gets into a car accident and is saved by Anna Shiers, a random passerby. However due to a rumor about his fertility, his mother sends his close friend, Joseph Xavier to find him a woman. They encounter Anna being harassed at her bar job which she has to pay for tuition, leading to a one-night stand between her and Steven. After misunderstanding Anna’s work at the bar for a negative turn in her life, they are estranged. Eventually, Steven learns Anna was his rescuer, and they reconcile and end up together.
