The protagonist, Shiva Henderson, raised in the mountains, is naive about the modern world. Her master sends her to society, claiming marriage and ‘sleeping’ with a partner will boost her abilities. Shiva, believing ‘sleeping’ is a platonic act, later finds out amidst hilarious incidents, that it could lead to having a baby.
