Motivated to defeat the villain, she entered the Soul Tower and made it to the seventh level, finding her remorseful grandfather and brainwashed mother. Elaine awakened her mother, melded with her soul and unlocked her Phoenix Blood, vanquishing the villain. In the end, she chose to stay with her family and teach martial arts.
